HTSM was birthed out of prayer and a burden for lost souls. Our program centers on sending students back to their local churches — to catch the vision and serve their church and its leaders' vision. Students agree to these terms upon enrollment, returning home for a minimum of ninety days to receive spiritual and parental guidance.

Our leaders saw a need: a place where young people could be biblically grounded before ever stepping into the workforce or into ministry — built up first, not thrown in unprepared.
HTSM exists to fill in the gaps in young people's lives, so they can effectively minister and advance the Kingdom of God.

We believe the Holy Spirit is the best teacher, so we give Him room to move and operate freely in every classroom.

Scripture isn't a subject — it's the foundation. Every class goes deep into the Word and stays ruthlessly practical for real ministry.
Hands-On
You don't wait until graduation to minister. Tours, mission trips, and real leadership roles start in the 1st Year and never let up.
What We Believe
HTSM holds to the core beliefs of the classical Trinitarian Pentecostal tradition — the authority of Scripture, salvation through Jesus Christ, and the present, active work of the Holy Spirit. We train students to build their lives and ministries on these truths, not on trends.

Three Years. One Calling, Fully Equipped.
Discipleship. Leadership. Internship. Each year stands complete on its own — stay for one, stay for all three. Either way, you leave ready for what's next.
1st Year — Discipleship
This is the core of HTSM and its principles — biblical foundations and a rebuilt personal walk with Christ, grounded in daily prayer and the Word. Licensing pathways are available starting this year — the Church of God pathway only requires the 1st Year to be completed.
2nd Year — Leadership
You're empowered in real leadership capacities — skills and calling put into practice, not just classroom theory. Denominational licensing through the Assemblies of God or Church of God remains available as you go.
3rd Year — Internship
Train under pastors from across the nation and intern at churches within HTSM's network, alongside continued denominational licensing (Assemblies of God or Church of God).
